We proudly offer year-round dog waste removal, including during winter months. Dogs still do their business — and we’re here to help keep your yard clean, safe, and ready for spring.
Winter Service Availability
- Service continues weekly throughout winter
- Visits occur on your regular scheduled day
- Severe weather (heavy snow, ice storms, extreme cold) may cause delays or rescheduling
We will always do our best to maintain consistency while prioritizing safety.
Winter Pricing
- No seasonal price increase
- Weekly service remains $11.99 per week
- Pricing is based on scheduled service, not the volume of waste removed
Winter visits help prevent major spring buildup and keep your yard manageable year-round.
Snow & Frozen Waste Policy
If waste is visible and accessible, it will be removed
If waste is buried under snow or frozen solid, it may be left temporarily
Once snow melts or waste thaws, it will be removed during your next scheduled visit
We do not dig, chip ice, or damage turf or landscaping
Regular winter service prevents large, costly spring cleanups.
🚪 Yard Access Requirements (Client Responsibility)
For service to be completed:
Gates must be unlocked
Pathways should be reasonably clear of snow and ice
Dogs must be secured indoors
If access is unsafe or blocked, the visit may be skipped and counted as completed.

For the safety of our team:
Service may be postponed due to:
Icy conditions
Deep snow
Extreme cold
We reserve the right to skip unsafe yards
Missed services due to safety concerns are not refunded
Your safety and ours always come first.
❌ Cancellations & Pauses
Temporary winter pauses are allowed with at least 7 days’ notice
Accounts paused during winter may require a spring cleanup fee to restart
Same-week cancellations are still billed
